You may not:

Please be aware that Notion workspaces may display the name of the template creator or workspace owner in certain contexts. This is a function of the Notion platform and is outside our control. By purchasing and using our templates, you acknowledge this.
Your use of our templates within Notion is also subject to Notion's own Terms of Service and policies. We accept no liability for the operation, availability, security, or data practices of the Notion platform itself. We encourage you to review Notion's terms and privacy practices at notion.com/trust.
9. Prohibited Uses
You must use this Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

If you purchase a template or digital product directly from us, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, provided you have not begun downloading or accessing the digital content.
By proceeding with a download or access to digital content within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge and consent to losing your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We also offer a goodwill refund period of 30 days from purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at tommos.notion@gmail.com within 30 days and we will process a full refund.
Third-Party Marketplace Purchases
Purchases made through third-party platforms (such as Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, or other marketplaces) are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. Please refer to the relevant platform's terms for details.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to all products and services.
